Finest Known Return Policy
Finest Known, LLC. (Direct/Web Sales) offers a 10-day customer satisfaction policy after receipt of numismatic coins. If you are displeased with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return your coins to Finest Known, LLC within 10 days of receipt, in the same condition in which you received them, for a full refund. A Finest Known customer representative will personally notify you by phone and/or email by your request at the time you package is received.
To receive a refund call our customer service department at 1-855-267-9055 and you will receive a return authorization. Please don’t ship any coins to us until we are in the loop. Your satisfaction and protection is our top priority.
If Finest Known, LLC should ever ship the wrong coin or make an error with you order we will take full responsibility for the return shipping and insurance as well.
All refunds for returned items will be determined by the method of payment used for the initial purchase. All refunds will be issued from the date the returned package is received by Finest Known, LLC.
Returned Credit Card purchases are subject to a 3% restocking fee. This condition does not apply for exchanges of equal value or consideration. (Credit card companies do not reimburse merchant processing fees).
Bullion coins, those that trade at a premium of less than 15% over the value of their underlying precious metals content, are not subject to return or exchange.
